Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 1682) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 82(JUD) am                                              
"An Act relating to certain claims arising out of or in connection            
with the year 2000 date change; amending Rule 23, Alaska Rules

Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 82(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 82(JUD),                  
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                     
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
